While I have had stuffed pressed burgers before, I had never actually ventured into making them myself. This handy little book gave me a great introduction to using my burger press for stuffing and at the same time offered unique ways of using the burger press for items other than beef burgers! I found this book to be packed full of knowledge. The absolute highlight here is the breadth of recipes. From gut-busting monster burgers packed with bacon and cheese to vegan (yes vegan and vegetarian recipes too!) chickpea burgers this book has so many creative and delightful ideas for your kitchen (and grill!). I was extremely impressed with the vegetarian and vegan recipes as most burger books do not include them--and in this modern day and age they absolutely should. I highly recommend this book for anyone who is looking for a quick intro, great ideas, and most of all fabulous recipes for stuffed pressed burgers. I know I’ll be having the vegan Mediterranean soon!

I will say for a recipe book this is the absolute best one to have. Most times you find recipe books to be boring and not be easy to use but this book is the opposite and I love it!!!
